Google Play, Apple App Store & T.R. Laws Child Safety Standards and CSAE Prohibition (Zero Tolerance)
Devexa Tech and Niva are committed to protecting child safety and preventing child exploitation in strict compliance with Google Play Developer Policies, Apple App Store Review Guidelines, and the relevant laws of the Republic of Turkey (Turkish Penal Code Articles 103 and 226, Law No. 5651). We enforce a zero-tolerance policy regarding child safety:
- 24/7 Niva AI Moderation: Niva employs an automated 24/7 AI moderation system (Niva AI Moderation System) that continuously monitors the platform to ensure child safety. The AI system actively inspects voice rooms, profiles, and user interactions to detect and block any potential violations in real-time.
- CSAE Prohibition: Child Sexual Abuse Material and Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE) or any other speech, image, or behavior that threatens child safety is strictly prohibited and met with zero tolerance.
- Legal Reporting: Any account suspected of child abuse or CSAE will be immediately and permanently banned, its data frozen, and reported directly to the T.R. General Directorate of Security Cyber Crime Department, BTK, and international child protection agencies (e.g., NCMEC).

- To maintain a safe and secure environment for voice chat and social interactions.
- To detect and prevent security breaches, child abuse, fraud, and illegal activities.
3. Data Sharing and Third Parties
Your data is not sold to third parties. However, it may be shared in the following situations:
- With judicial authorities and law enforcement in response to legal requests and child safety/CSAE reporting.
- With trusted third-party service providers who assist us with cloud storage, payment processing (e.g., Google Play Billing or App Store), and analytics.

We implement industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your personal data. Passwords are stored securely using hash methods, and financial transactions are handled by secure payment gateways.

You can delete your account at any time. You can perform this action directly from the Application (Profile > Settings > Delete Account) or submit a deletion request to our support team.
