The Niva voice chat application, published by Devexa Tech, is deeply committed to providing a secure and safe digital space for children. These Child Safety Standards are published to prevent any exploitation or abuse of children within our community and are enforced with zero tolerance across our platform.
Zero Tolerance Policy Against Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE)
Niva and Devexa Tech maintain a strict ZERO TOLERANCE policy against child sexual exploitation, child abuse, and any harm directed towards minors. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAE) and child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSAE) are entirely prohibited on our platform.
1. Prohibited Activities and Content
The following actions and contents are completely and unconditionally prohibited on Niva:
- Generating, sharing, hosting, or soliciting Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAE/CSAM) or any form of child exploitation.
- Any visual, audio, or written content that promotes, facilitates, or normalizes the exploitation or abuse of minors.
- Sexually suggestive chat, broadcasting, or audio rooms targeting or involving minors.
- Attempts to establish contact with children for sexual purposes (child grooming).
2. Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Automated Moderation
Niva is equipped with an automated, 24/7 AI moderation system (Niva AI Moderation System) that operates continuously to enforce child safety:
- Room titles, descriptions, and banners are scanned in real-time by AI.
- User profiles, profile pictures, and nicknames are monitored by our automated filtering systems.
- Our AI and automated moderation systems automatically suspend violating accounts and remove the content immediately upon detection.
3. Reporting and Legal Action
Violating our child safety standards triggers severe consequences and legal reports:
- Permanent Bans: Violators will face immediate and permanent bans targeting their accounts, hardware IDs, and IP addresses.
- Law Enforcement Referral: All evidence of child abuse or CSAE is preserved and immediately reported to the General Directorate of Security Cyber Crime Department (Turkey), BTK, and international authorities like the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
